The verification procedure has been released after different types of complaints raised by the consumer, so all it concern now is the single call.

Simply follow the below steps to complete SIM re-verification process:

# Step1: Call the toll-free number 14546 from any network and select if you are an Indian national or an NRI

# Step2: follow to press 1 for consent to link Aadhaar with Mobile. enter your Aadhaar number, then press 1 to confirm.

# Step3: Now enter your mobile number and confirm it again.

# Step4: Once you have entered the correct mobile number you will get OTP number, then press 1 to complete the process.

Things to Remember:

The OTP is valid for 30 minutes, so if the call gets disconnected midway, you can use the same. Subscribers on corporate plans don’t need to undergo re-verification.

since Jio uses Aadhaar to activate SIMs, customers don’t need to re-verify again.
